6. We are committed to delivering exactly what is expected from us by our resellers. In certain circumstances, we reserve the right to change the service type if we deem it necessary to complete an order.
7. If the ordered items are not delivered within three (3) days from the date of ordering, the customer is eligible to request a refund 
8. The maximum timeframe for initiating a refund is seven (7) days from the date of payment.
